A 2-year programme, it is designed to:
Provide staff with an accessible pathway to graduate level jobs
Offer employers a practical way to develop their workforce
Develop a more connected children’s workforce in communities
Support a national agenda for more coherent, community-led services

Our partners
Subject to validation, the Foundation Degree will be delivered in partnership with a network of delivery centres around the country.
In 2026 we intend to offer the programme at delivery centres in London, Plymouth, Newcastle, Leeds, Barnsley, Bristol, Somerset, Leicester, and Birmingham.

To make this programme accessible to organisations of all sizes and capacities, we have developed three models of partnership.
Each offers a different level of involvement, allowing partners to engage at the level that best suits their context, resource, and ambition.

Hub Partners, hosting local cohorts and supporting recruitment while CCW delivers teaching.

Capacity-Building Partners, co-delivering with CCW lecturers to grow local expertise.
